Trial gardens are invaluable resources to growers who are figuring out which plants they want to sell. While many gardens test out all kinds of plants to find the best overall annuals and perennials, there are also places that have special trials for individual plant categories, like the ever-loved holiday plant, the poinsettia. Greenhouse Management reached out to two of the industry’s premier trial gardens, Plantpeddler and N.G. Heimos Greenhouses, to ask them about their favorite varieties from their annual poinsettia trials.
