Perovskia Bluesette
Perovskia atriplicifolia
The first and only compact, strong-branching and early Perovskia from seed! Works well at the front of the landscape, as well as in a single premium patio container or mixed combo. Features a long flowering period, ornamental foliage and a pleasing fragrance. It produces soft purple-blue blooms on a tidy habit with attractive silver-green leaves. As a bee and butterfly attractor, this plant brings added value and joy to many garden spaces. Hardy in Zones 4 to 9a.
Echinacea Artisan™ Collection F1
Echinacea x hybrida
The first F1 hybrid Echinacea individual color collection from seed offers consistency of plant structure for uniform and highly branched, full plants. It also provides uniformity of flowering, so all plants are ready to sell at the same time. Plus, the benefit of a seed input provides flexibility for production and labor management. Its amplified seed form results in faster and more uniform germination compared to non-enhanced seed. Available in Soft Orange (pictured left), Red Shades and Yellow Ombre. Hardy in Zones 4 to 10.
Rudbeckia Goldblitz
Rudbeckia fulgida var. sullivantii
Provides a more economical input option for natural daylength growers, as the plugs do not require special treatment to perform to the same quality as Goldsturm. Goldblitz will flower fully as an annual crop if sown in early spring in natural conditions with a minimum of 14.5 hours daylength. It shortens the production time for a finished flowering crop to 2 to 3 weeks compared to Goldsturm, and it has a slightly smaller leaf and flower size. A Fleuroselect Gold Medal award winner for both container and garden performance, Goldblitz is hardy in Zones 3 to 9.
