The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and its recent re-proposals for the Produce Safety Rule, Preventative Controls for Human Food Rule and the Foreign Supplier Verification Program are all important legislation growers must know and apply to stay compliant. The Produce Safety Alliance (PSA)
