Nexus and Rough Brothers (RBI) Greenhouses announced Jeff Smesmo as the new Midwest sales manager. With over 25 years of experience in the horticultural industry selling hard goods, Jeff is familiar with Nexus and RBI Greenhouses' industry, companies and customers.
Effective July 1, Jeff will become responsible for the Midwest territory which encompasses the states of: Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. Jeff was born and raised in Minnesota and today lives in Sartell. He attended St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud.
When asked about assuming the responsibility for this territory, Jeff said, “I am so proud to be part of this team of greenhouse experts. I have known most of the people I will be working with since I started in the horticulture market and admire the commitment that the company and all of the employees have to excellence. I also have a relationship with many of the customers that I will be working with.”
Craig Humphrey, vice president of engineering at Nexus welcomed Jeff to the Nexus/RBI sales team.
“Many of our customers in the Midwest territory know and admire Jeff," Humphrey said. "His background will be of great value as we continue to provide a full-turnkey process of design, manufacturing, and installation.”
Nexus and Rough Brothers have a combined 135 years of innovative greenhouse installations for the horticultural market.
