Nanobubble technology company Moleaer has made four additions to its irrigation product line: Lotus PLUS to the Lotus platform, NEO B and NEO N Ozone to the NEO platform, and the high-flow Trinity platform.

The company said the new offerings make Moleaer solutions more accessible and affordable for growers of all sizes, regions and cultivation methods.

Benefits of Moleaer nanobubble technology for growers include optimized water use and reuse, pathogen reduction, enhanced irrigation efficiency, improved plant health and higher crop yields. The products fit every scale and budget, from small greenhouses and large open-field operations.

“With over 1,000 irrigation installations globally, we understand the unique challenges growers face,” said Moleaer CEO Nick Dyner. “Our new products reflect feedback from growers and offer versatile solutions that balance features with affordability to help improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and support long-term growth.”

Moleaer’s expanded irrigation product line adds to its NEO, Lotus, Indalo and Trinity product series:

  • Lotus PLUS: Ideal for smaller-scale growers and hydroponic systems, it maximizes yield and efficiency, delivering the most oxygen per dollar at a competitive price.
  • NEO B: Combines oxygen nanobubbles to improve plant health and yield, offering long-lasting oxygenation benefits.
  • NEO N Ozone Package: Introduces a mixture of ozone and oxygen nanobubbles to control pathogens, reduce algae and increase water reuse.
  • Trinity Platform: Designed for large-scale, open-field operations or high acreage greenhouses, and for flow rates above 250 gpm (110 m3/h), this platform offers solutions for advanced water quality control, supporting air, oxygen and ozone/oxygen mixtures.

The company, citing nearly a decade of research and data and expertise, reports growers have observed, on average, 15% higher crop yields and up to 13% less fertilizer use, 20% reduced soil compaction, 50% less cleaning chemicals and a 30% increase in fruit caliber.

“Lotus PLUS has seamlessly integrated into our operations,” said Ethan Nazzaro from Traders Hill Farm. “It was easy to install without requiring major changes to our infrastructure. Since implementing, we've seen improvements in dissolved oxygen levels and increases crop yields compared to beds under the same growing conditions. The Moleaer team's responsiveness and on-site expertise have been invaluable in helping us maximize the benefits of the nanobubble technology."

Moleaer’s irrigation solutions accommodate various flow rates, water sources, soil types and irrigation systems, from hydroponics to aquaponics to drip irrigation. Moleaer generators support liquid flow rates from 10 gpm to more than 8,000 gpm (2.3 to 1,800 m3/hr), with custom gas flows (air, oxygen or ozone) to optimize performance. Sensor options and SCADA connectivity provide flexibility in managing water quality across diverse cultivation methods.

“We understand the science of nanobubbles like no one else,” Dyner said. “It’s not just about adding oxygen to water; it’s about utilizing the unique properties of nanobubbles to improve water quality, oxygen stability, nutrient uptake and pathogen control. Our expertise in gas-to-liquid transfer, the dynamics of water, soil and oxygen nanobubble interaction, and our global team’s industry knowledge are what our customers trust to drive their success.”

Moleaer has global manufacturing capabilities in the U.S. and Spain and sales and service offices in Chile, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway and Canada.
