That's Tasty – a Shenandoah Growers brand – will allow attendees to experience their new chili pepper purée line at the PMA Fresh Summit.
In January 2020, a new line of certified organic stir-in pepper purées in Jalapeno, Habanero, Poblano and Banana pepper flavors are set to join That’s Tasty’s existing line up, including its Spicy Harissa variety, to offer a full range of spicy flavors and to complement its current line of classic herb flavors.
Fusing sweet and spicy to make an unforgettable combo, That’s Tasty is partnering with Cinderella Cakes of Anaheim, California to serve 1,500 mini cupcakes with the pepper purees baked in, throughout the 3-day Summit and Expo. PMA attendees can visit booth #4543 to sample these new flavors in cupcake form.
“We’re very excited about our new purees! Set to ‘kick off’ early next year, they’re a flavorful and spicy addition to the line,” commented Don Helms, vice president of marketing. “Our partnership with Cinderella Cakes at the PMA Fresh Summit is a perfect way to do something out of the box and show just how tasty and versatile these new purees really are.”
Made with preservative-free USDA certified organic chili peppers, the purees are perfect for everyday meals, sides, toppings and desserts. According to Helms, the possibilities are endless.
“Mix them with some mayo and lemon juice for a spicy aioli, flavor up chili or taco fillings, mix a little jalapeno and chopped cilantro into a margarita or combine habanero with pineapple and cilantro in a salsa. These convenient purees are an easy way to make meals more vibrant and flavorful, so you don’t have to get the peppers on your hands during preparation.”
That’s Tasty Stir-In Purees are packages in 2.8-ounce tubes and will be available at major retailers in January 2020. In addition, That’s Tasty will be highlighting other news including new varieties of Living Organic Herbs, innovative product displays and organic local leafy greens grown in its USDA certified organic Biofarms in VA.
