Springworks Farm has added Brady Sinclar to its team as head grower.
With 13 years of industry experience, Sinclair joins the Springworks as the Maine-based aquaponic operation is expanding to a fourth greenhouse.
Sinclair started his career at Backyard Farms, where he was responsible for 42 acres of tomato production with over 50 varieties, before expanding his role to Operations Manager for Village Farms. Brady’s record of team building, operational excellence, and record of growing high-quality and flavorful produce made him a clear fit for Springworks.

“We are thrilled to welcome Brady to the leadership team, particularly at such a pivotal time,” said Springworks Founder and CEO Trevor Kenkel. “Brady’s experience will help guide our growth as we build out our greenhouse teams and increase local organic production.”
“Being organic and a greenhouse is very special, and when you throw aquaponics on top of it, it makes what Springworks does amazing,” Sinclair says. “Every greenhouse says they do what they can to use fewer chemicals, but most don’t live it. Springworks is organic so it does what it says. For someone who has been in the industry at a large scale, the most important thing to me is to be part of something so authentic.”
