Windset Farms has announced the SONATA Tropical Mini Peppers, a pepper they say features a ""an initial sweet crunch, with notes of fresh herbs and fruit to finish." The pepper features a deep, orange color.
The SONATA peppers are a Tatayoyo Mini Pepper variety and bred by Rijk Zwann in The Netherlands. The peppers were initially debuted at Fruit Logistica in Berlin, where they were the show's Innovation Winner.
SONATA peppers will hit shelves later this month.
